Modernization of the School Restaurant

It is with great pleasure that Lotus Global, the company responsible for preparing meals for the students of Richmond Park Primary School Sarajevo, had the honor of hosting Chef Miran Karić in the school restaurant. During his visit, Mr. Karić demonstrated the use of the new oven, shared valuable tips with the kitchen staff, and suggested ideas for future projects.

We continue with the modernization of our kitchen to improve the quality and nutritional value of meals. As part of these efforts, we have acquired new equipment and plan to collaborate with a nutritionist to develop a menu that will meet the needs and health of our students.

We extend our special gratitude to the parents who spent a week with us and sampled the food that the children enjoy in the school restaurant. Their involvement and feedback have helped us further enhance our offerings.

Through such activities and teamwork, we are confident that this is just the beginning of a fruitful partnership. We eagerly anticipate future challenges and innovations that will enrich the daily life of our school and contribute to the healthy development of our students.
