  • Follow the leader (movement game)
  • Jump in place for 10 seconds
  • Balance on one foot for 5 seconds
  • Do 5 jumping jacks
  • Stretch your arms and touch your toes

Spring Semester

  • Run in place until the music stops
  • Throw and catch a soft ball
  • Make a movement pattern (clap, jump, spin)
  • Walk heel-to-toe in a straight line
  • Touch your knees, then your toes, then the sky
These assessments will be organized and modified according to the needs of the students.
