- Follow the leader (movement game)
- Jump in place for 10 seconds
- Balance on one foot for 5 seconds
- Do 5 jumping jacks
- Stretch your arms and touch your toes
Spring Semester
- Run in place until the music stops
- Throw and catch a soft ball
- Make a movement pattern (clap, jump, spin)
- Walk heel-to-toe in a straight line
- Touch your knees, then your toes, then the sky
These assessments will be organized and modified according to the needs of the students.
